Living in the Marche region and living out of tourism, being the executive chef of the Caravanserraglio restaurant, I am trying to do all that is possible to give visibility to my territory, organizing different activities trying to remain as authentic as I can.
We like to promote our region and share our traditions organizing Italian creative holiday with excursions and Italian cooking courses: Ennio Barbieri, chef of the Caravanserraglio restaurant, teaches with passion and fun all about the tradition of the Italian kitchen and the Italian wines during hands-on cooking courses in his spacious and professionally equipped kitchen in Marche, Italy.
His italian cooking courses are intimate hands-on classes based on personalised instruction and individual attention.
As a member of the Italian Slow Food association Ennio takes care to use local fresh produce often from his organic kitchen garden and orchard, or from other local farms specialising in cheeses, bread, vegetables, meat ecc.
