Protection of personal data
We inform you that the personal data of our clients in our possesion
are used for paper and computer work and is kept on the legal address of
the Caravanserraglio countryhouse, Via Colli 10, Serrapertona, Italy,
according to the Italian regulations and to the norms of the community,
to manage the existing relationship in any phase (before the contract, contractual, etc);
– that the data in our possession will not be circulated,
and not be given to thirds for commercial reasons, limits are described in the Italian article:
art. 16 Dlgs 196/2003.
You can in any moment claim your rights (as recognized in art. 7 D.lgs 196/2003)
writing to the owner of the Caravanserraglio agriturismo.
